PistonHeads @ Le Mans 2011

Following the continued success of the private campsite in 2010, we are planning an even larger site for the 2011 Le Mans 24 Hours. There will be a limited number of larger pitches (5m x 10m) available as well as the standard (3.5m x 10m) pitches.

The PH/1st Tickets private camping area will be situated at Bleu Nord, which is only a short walk to the circuit and less than 15 minutes from the grandstands and pits. The area will be shared with the Aston Martin Owners club and will continue to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere so if you are looking for somewhere safe, secure and want to be amongst like minded fellows you should come and join us. The site will be at least 6000m2 and will have the following facilities for the exclusive use of campers at the site:

  • Water Supply
  • Communal Marquee
  • Race Coverage
  • Cash Bar
  • Charging Point
  • Limited number of larger camping pitches (5m x 10m)
  • Guest Speakers (Subject to availability)
  • Access restricted to private campers only
  • Daily bread deliveries (pre-ordering required)
The package includes channel crossing via Eurotunnel or Ferry (Dover – Calais), camping pitch, general admission to the circuit and special delivery. Prices are per person, based on a standard sized vehicle and five day crossing. (A supplement will be charged for longer crossing durations and large vehicles)

Access to the site is from Wednesday 8th June and departure by midday Monday 13th June (provisional dates to be confirmed by the circuit) and there are a limited number of spaces available.

*Prices shown are indicative prices based on our 2010 packages. We expect prices for 2011 to be similar, depending on a number of factors including, supplier costs and the prevailing Euro exchange rate.)
